I was wondering whether it is possible to use my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Starter license on two computers, as I want to buy a laptop so that I do not have to take my desktop computer with me when I travel.

It's possible if you deactivate the Studio licence when you want to move to the other computer and then reactivate it there. But you can't have them both active at the same time. That possibility is only available through the Freelance Plus version of the software.
