Could you please clarify the situation a bit?

When Studio is reinstalled, the list of projects will disappear - they have to be re-mapped and opened again from where they are stored (your F drive in your case). This is the lift of projects I am referring to:

Hi Greta,

I am not looking for a specific translated document, the issue is that the memory seems to have disappeared.  When I start translating new documents that I know I have content that has been previously translated, Trados is not giving me any matches.  The memory seems to be wiped out.

Also, what is Perfect Match?
