Trados did not open with this message Error "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started"
So I followed the instruction below,
Well, in my case the plugins folder was located in c:\programdata\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15
anyway, after I completed the whole instruction, Trados Studio was still not opening.
I uninstalled and reinstalled SDL Trados Studio and problem is not solved yet. What should I do?
Well, in my case the plugins folder was located in c:\programdata\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15
I wonder f this is because you simply could not see the other folders? They are definitely there as every Studio instalation has them. Perhaps double check after making sure you have shown hidden folders in Windows?

Well, to reach the folder programdata that written in the directoy above, I had to choose option to reveal hidden files & folders.
But ultimately you were right. I checked every single folder under c:\users and found two additional SDL folders were not hidden. Finally the problem is solved after I deleted every plugins folder. Thank you very much for your advice to "double check" folders.
