This sounds as though the original source file is corrupt and you may need to recreate the project.

I already recreated the project multiple times (changing the format to PPT, saving it locally instead of on the server, etc.).

I opened a case as this file is pretty big and I need to return it soon.

Actually, when I tried recreating the project with the PPT file, I couldn't as I got another error message saying "System Threw Exception", so you might be right in saying the file is corrupt.

Unfortunately, my client will never be able to find what's wrong with the file :(
