If after installing the product you can't proceed with your work as usual, they will help you very quickly. They can also connect to your computer and sort it all out for you. Go here:

As our support team were able to resolve the issue (hidden folders) within an hour of logging the ticket, I will now close this thread.

All Studio users are entitled to free licensing and installation issue support (without needing a support contract) with any issues resolved mostly on the same day.

A support and maintenance contract entitles you, to free upgrades and unlimited support should you for instance have issues with files or saving a project for instance.
