Question

Hi, 
 
 I am getting this error message when I try to open file to edit them (I am working on a Groupshare project): 
 
 "The requested service is not available: sdl.translation.studio.api.projectmanagement.ifilesviewservice" 
 
 I am also getting an error message saying "The specified item is already part of a command bar". 
 
 Studio also seems to get stuck on the file view when I try to move to Project view, Welcome, Report, Editor

Hello Aurelie Lynch , 
 This sounds like the Studio installation has somehow become corrupt. 
 You can try using the following free app to reset the user files.- https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-freshstart/876/ 
 You will need to be logged on as administrator to be able to use this app.
