Dependency file not found newly opened package

I just opened a large project package from a client and got this message:

Trados Studio error message window titled 'Question' with a blue question mark icon, stating 'Dependency file not found: OBJ_DCL-0000012071-003_DA.xml' followed by a file path. Options to browse for the file are 'Ja', 'Nej', and 'Annuller'.

I do not need to preview or "save target as", it's simply a package coming in and I need to deliver a return package back. Is it correctly understood that I can simply click "No/Nej" and ignore this message for my purpose?
