"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when trying to create a new project / processing a word document

Question

Hello there, 
 I am having an issue processing a word document and it says "object reference not set to an instance of an object" when processing the document. (please see the below screenshot) 
 
 It must come from the document itself as I have tried to translate it as a single document. I also tried with/without the translation memories. I also launched a repair installation and tried to fix the document by copying/pasting the content into another blank word file. 
 I am running out of ideas...

 Have you had the same issue with other files as well, or does it happen with this file only? 
 When using the 'translate as single document' method, when does the error message pop up, when you add the file or when you click on 'OK' to open the file for translation? 
 Would it be possible for me to have the file for testing? To see if I can recreate the issue. If so my email address is gmagyar@sdl.com
