I have a client who wants translation on trados 2019. The client want me to deliver the translation in a Trados file and a word bilingual file for editing. Can anyone help me in this and show me how to get a bilingual word file from the trados ?

If you're in the Editor view, you can go to the Review tab and select Export for Bilingual Review.
You can also run the Export for Bilingual Review batch task from the Files or Editor view.
