Hello Justine Manyo ,
We (SDL) have not tested Studio 2009 on Windows 10, as this version has not been supported for many years.
To run Studio 2009 you may also have to install an earlier version of .net framework (3.5.x) so this might be a bit hit and miss unfortunately.
Also, please bear in mind that Studio 2009 will not support newer file formats, so this could be an issue for you.
