I upgraded to trados 2019 from 2017 and now packages do not open. Packages that were created by clients on 2019. They do open on 2017 but not on 2019. I get a message of wrong path, saying it cannot access path Users/Tania/printing environment. I suppose there is a wrong configuration somewhere but I cannot figure it out and Help did not help.
