SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance: Installation error message: "Cannot create SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2\SDLSplash.png." I am installing SDL Trados 2019 Freelance SR 2 and this message has appeared. Subsequently "Skipping SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2\SDLSplash.png." also appeared. What is this and how do I rectify the issue please? Thank you very much for any help. Robert Calkin
Is this a new installation or are you installing the update?
Either way, cancel everything, via Task Manager if need be. Reboot your PC then start the installation again.
If the same problem occurs and you can't install, you can contact SDL Installation Help and they will assist you within the next day or two.

Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown menu.
Someone will help in the next day or two if you give your correct email address.

Hi Ali, Sorry for the delay in responding but thank you very much for your help. The installation was successful and I've now activated the product. I was the installing the update from Trados 2017. Thank you very much again for your help. Rob
