Dear team,
how can the 100% matches be confirmed without a need of pressing Ctrl+Enter on the 100% segment again? So that there is no pencil icon but a segment is ticked?

To achieve this, you need 'Auto-propagation' turned on, via File > Options > Editor > Auto-propagation, which looks like this:
The top tick turns auto-propagation on. The other ticks are to indicate how you'd like it to perform.
The above image shows how I usually have my auto-propagation settings. You may wish to choose differently of course.
