After contacting you, I was directed to a local seller, who kindly sent me information about buying the product, but I still haven't received any file to install a trial version. I saw that others are complaining about this issue, and the fact that you haven't figured out what is causing it, and that almost 24h later I have received emails from you but not a single installation file, you must admit it is not a good indication of how your products and your company works.

You will now have already received the alternative solution so you can download the trial.

When replying in a thread- it is always important to 'tag' that person so that they receive a notification.

Otherwise the replies can often get missed, as the community is very busy and we are also busy doing other tasks.
