Hi,
(Trados 2019 SR1 Pro) While I type the first letter of a word, termbase offers the complete word in pop-menu to insert, on the other hand, termbase doesn’t offer anything for some of the other words while I type the first letter or even their complete letters! Why this happens to some of the words, but not happen for the others, while all save terms are listed in the Termbase View and I can check out them and seems everything is correct?

Hello Masoud Moghaddam ,
There are a number of reason why this might be happening.
I have seen comments from other users, when this happens, moving the cursor out of the active segment into a preceding comment and back in to the next one can resolve this issue.
