Our SDL MultiTerm 2017 clients connect to our server via HTTP protocol, do we need to change it to HTTPS, is there any documentation of the steps to follow to make the change?
We already have the Web of administration publishing with HTTPS and with its due certificate SSL but we lack the connection client-server
Could you help us?

The default configuration is HTTP-
Assuming you have the correct SSL certificate and the HTTPS bindings are enabled, then ensure that you only have HTTPS running and not HTTP as well.
The error is possibly occurring client side because they have not updated the SSL settings.

Thank you for your prompt response, we have valid SSL certificate and publish only by HTTPS and even so I have the same error, which but we could check?

If you think you have everything set up correctly your side, then the issue might be originating from the client and their settings and that they simply don't have the SSL box ticked as per my screen grab.
Could you ask them to check their settings please- if this is also correct, you might want to get in contact with our support team to see if they can help.
