We will be looking into this as a matter of priority.

If the app is preventing you from opening Studio- then please delete the app via the SDL Plugin Management Tool

Please let me know if you can now open Studio

Hi, I got this message when I tried to open SDL STUDIO 2019 immediately after installing SR2:

I followed the instructions and uninstalled the baccs plug in from the Plug in management, but my version was the free baccs plugin (version 2.5 and not the Lite 3.0). Now SDL Studio works but I no longer have access to baccs. Surely there's a workaround to continue using baccs with the latest upgrade of Studio?????

I couldn't find an updated version of Baccs on the appstore, only the Lite 3.0 version which I would have to pay for... is this right? Will I gain access to all my information on my previous free plugin version or is it all lost?
