I'm not sure what you are showing here but I have a question. The TM View you show is your main TM based on the number of the TU - 15690. But the Project settings show that you are using Project TMs so it's quite possible that this TM is not in your Project. Try adding the TM as your Main TM and see if it gives you the desired result.
