I am using 2019 SR2.
Created a project with PDF source. The SDL could only create 130 pages, major chuncks missing in each page and some places 10 pages missing at a stretch.
What are the solutions for this?
You need to investigate what parts are not extracted and try to see where the source might have come from. Also make sure you are using IRIS as this might be helpful in improving the results:

Thanks Paul, I connected with the client. The PDF was assembled a year ago. and client said its a "curved" file. converted using adobe and now working with a word file. I am getting an error while print preview. "the illustration<image 75> moved among paragraph"
and the preview file is not loading.
Can you help?
That does sound as though you have misplaced a tag that is needed to be able to regenerate the file for the preview. If you can send me the fully tranlsated SDLXLIFF file and the original source I can take a look? Send it to pfilkin@sdl.com
