I have a similar problem, and it's not new. My problem is that in recent versions, SDL does not remember my password, so if I want to be signed in I have to enter my password and email each time I use the software, which is annoying.

In earlier versions, I used to remain signed in, unless I signed out. Since this is not crucial, I usually don't bother, but I suppose it may be useful for cloud related uses.

How can I correct this issue?

Hello Sandra Grossman ,

Studio doesn't actually save your login details/password- This is all handled in your browser.

For example in Chrome (Settings/password)  you have two areas- Saved Passwords and Never Saved.

Normally when you log into any site - your browser asks you whether you want to save the password or not- In this instance, you may have inadvertently clicked 'never'.

Please check your Browser settings - remove the SDL site and then try logging back in to Studio/LC and your browser should ask if you want to save the password or not.

All the SDL passwords are saved in the correct column amd open the respective sites flawlessly, while the Trados signing-in issue persists.

I'll try this again tomorrow. although it's quite clear to me that this is not related to the Chrome setting.

Interestingly, after I deleted all the SDL passwords from the Chrome settings, the SDL sites still open without any additional input, AND the automatic Trados sign-in now WORKS!

So, I suppose the cause may have been an additional set of passwords (Google?)...

I had the same ’sign-in’ issue as Sandra Grossman and I am pleased to report that your solution seems to work. 

I removed all the SDL-related password from my default browser (Firefox Nightly) and then signed in Studio 2019 as well as in my SDL online account. I restarted my PC and when I launched Studio it had kept my login details.

So a big thank you for your help and for Sandra for having raised this issue in the first place.
