I am far from getting your ERROR 404, as I have absolutely no new download available in my account, neither Trados Studio (2019 SR2), nor Multiterm. And even though I have the automatic update activated, no such notification either when I open Studio.

M. GHISLANDI would have been wise putting back the sending of his mass e-mail a few hours.

Try the alternative download... that works just fine.  There were some problems with the site this afternoon (perfect timing!) and the resolutions will probably have taken effect globally by tomorrow morning.

Having said this the autoupdate should also be working again now, I just received a notification to that effect.  So perhaps check that too?
