Now that you've updated your version of Studio, you need to in turn update your version of MultiTerm via MultiTerm > Help > Check for updates...

If you can't open MultiTerm, then try a Windows Repair of the MultiTerm components, as here:

1. Close all SDL applications.
2. Open the Control Panel:
   • Windows Vista/7: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
   • Windows 8: Right-click on the screen at bottom-left corner and choose Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
   • Windows 10: Right-click on Start > Control Panel > Select View by: Small Icons > Programs and Features
   • - or type 'Control Panel' in the search line on your bottom Windows toolbar.
3. Click/highlight the relevant SDL product from the list (e.g. SDL Trados MultiTerm 2019 etc) and click 'Repair' either on the top toolbar or on the right-click dropdown menu.
4. Restart MultiTerm.

Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown menu.

If I reinstall it do i lose the glossaries i've added? Ive added some through multiterm convert. And do I lose the word documents i worked on in studio?

You won't lose any glossaries you've added, because they are on your PC wherever you saved them, or if you didn't save them somewhere intentionally, they will be here:

C:\Users\'yourusername'\Documents\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\Termbases

But wait a minute, multiterm was already updated, when i tried to do it, it said it was updated. So you think I need to unstall and install again anyway, or should i skip that and go to licencing help?

You need to uninstall and reinstall first because if that does not work, it then gives you the right to contact the help service free of charge, as I described above.
