It would be useful if you could post the full error stack (https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/w/customer-experience/4159/how-to-get-help-quickly-in-the-sdl-community-technical-forums) as this may provide some clues to what is the issue.

Please also let us know what the file extension is exactly and what version of WorldServer your client is using.

Please bear in mind Studio 2011 has been retired for a number of years and might not necessarily be compatible with your clients WS.

Thanks a mil for your prompt reply! Certainly, here is the error stack for each error message.

Thes files end with xliff.wsxz. I'm not aware of the WorldServer version my client is using, though.

Does it look like my 2011 version has become incompatible with this format? *Keeping fingers crossed for resolution :)*

Sorry for the late reply- i did not see your response earlier.

I do think there is an incompatibility between the client WS and your Studio 2011 version here.

As you cannot confirm which version your client is using- then please download and install the Studio 2019 trial version-

... and now try and run the package as normal.
