We are trying to create a new file type to get unwanted text out of some web site files. We have gotten most out, but we cannot seem to get the remaining unwanted text out. See screen shots.
You might need to use the legacy embedded content filetype to get this as opposed to applying the html which is what I assume you have done? Give it a try.

That made it worse, but I am sure we need to add something to the legacy embedded content filetype settings...just not sure where to look...?
It's only worse because you have not done any work on the filetype parser rules at all!
It seems you managed to get most of it handled before because you simply used the html filter as a nested filetype in your XML and this delivered you a near perfect solution.
But as you have this other content you will need to use the legacy filetype and create the rules to handle the html yourself.
Alternatively just copy source to target for these segments, set them as translated status and lock them. Then filter on unlocked and you won't even see them anymore.
