We are having problems with several XML files. All attempts to open these files result in the following (or similar) error messages:
Our version of SDL is SR1 15.1.3.55768.
Has anyone else encountered this error and found a solution?

This sounds like the XML is invalid and you will need to check this in editor such as NotePad++
