Can I import a MadCap Bundle as a whole (Zip or the whole repertory) into Trados Studio 2019? Or do I need to dezip, and select the xlf files one by one?

Importing MadCap bundles is not supported.
Still, you don't need to select the files one by one, but you can simply add a folder containing the extracted files into a project instead.
