Hello! I have one license for Trados 2019. Due to some problems in my PC I had to format it. Now I am trying to install the Trados 2019 again and it does not accept my license. Who can help me?

Before formatting your PC have you deactivated your license in Studio? If not, it has to be reset before you can reactivate it again.
Please contact our support team who can do that for you quickly via live chat (you'll need the license ID and the order number, found in you SDL account).
https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing > click on the 'Request License Reset' button
Let us know if after the reset you could reactivate it.
