Hi!

• I've uninstalled SDL Multiterm (from the "add/remove programs" settings) and tried to install the most recent version available in my SDL account (SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 CU7 Desktop Installer) but I get the following message: "Set up has detected a higher version of this product already installed [...] you must remove the other version"

I've been through all files containing "multiterm" or "SR1" and deleted them but I can't find how to completely uninstall Multiterm. What should I delete? Or how can I get the last 2017 update?

• While trying to fix this Multiterm issue, I apparently deleted some Trados Studio files and I can't open it anymore: "Impossible de charger le fichier ou l'assembly 'sdl.Multiterm.Core.Utilities, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=Neutral [...]"

I ran the WorldServerComponents module but I'm still not able to access Trados. Is there a way to repair this sdl.Multiterm.Core.Utilities? Or should I uninstall Studio and reinstall? Then I have to deactivate my license offline?
