Are you reporting this as an error? Maybe after you have imported a package?
If so this may be due to a corrupt attribute within the .sdxliff

No, it is not about error. We are just developing a custom QA tool and we run into these markers. That's why we'd love to know the the idea behind it to handle them properly.
