we had a problem with our sql server this morning. Since then, we can't publish a project on groupshare. The other databases are available (tm's, tb's). All the services are running and the Groupshare server seems perfect. Any idea what could cause this?

By cannot publish, do you mean that the publishing fails, could you please confirm? Could you please post the error message you receive? This would help us identify the issue.
Could you check if you can open projects from GroupShare? Does this work?

Hi Greta, the publishing just ran endlessly, without any error. We did the CU10 again yesterday (reinstalled it because we did it last week) and it worked. We are now able to publish.
We were able to open, extract, archive projects that had been created previously..
All services on Groupshare were running, there were no update waiting and we restarted the groupshare services and the sql server multiple times. There were no background tasks queued or firewall involved. Maybe you could have a better idea of what could have caused this...

I'm happy to read that you can publish projects again. I'm not quite sure what could have caused this, other than the SQL server problem you mentioned, but my support engineer colleagues are much better suited to look into this for you. I checked and no similar issues were reported today, apart from yours, so it seems to be a one-off situation.

We killed the process for both of the service, restarted and it worked. No need to reinstall the cu10
