I have just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 1903 (Build 18362.207) and I have not found any issue when working on a real MS Word file translation assignment.
Moreover, this upgrade installed also a new .NET Framework 3.5 and 4,8 and new Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and 2008 Service Packs.
