I was using the Trados Studio 2015, the Trados prompt suddenly showed up and I have to copy the translated text to another location and recreate a new project. The same issue happend last week. It really freaks me out. I did not delete any tmp file at all.

If you have not deleted a temporary file, then it sounds like your Antivirus provider and/or a program such as CCLeaner is doing this automatically.
Please ensure that you have added Studio (and MultiTerm) to your Antivirus white list.
Also, it is imperative that you close down Studio properly when you are not using it for an extended period of time.
This way your files are saved correctly and temp files are not deleted.

After uninstalling CCleaner- have you recreated the project?.. I would suggest you also create a new folder to save the project in.

I have recreated the project twice. After 2 hours of creating the project, the filed to save bilingual shows again. I am overwhelmed. The temp file name has changed.
I turned for Trados 2019, the strange things happen again, the backgroud color in exported files is yellow and I cannot change it in Microsoft Word 2019.
