It might be useful to know exactly which program file you have deleted as this may or may not have anything to do with the file type dissociation

When something goes wrong with the installation- its always worth repairing Studio - this fixes a lot of issues-

Thanks for your reply. I can't remember the full name of the file but it has '2015' in it. I tried the 'repair' but it didn't work. Anyway, I've been in touch with SDL team already.
