Hi,

I recently reinstalled Trados Studio 2019 and had to force return the license. Now when I try to open a Project new or existing I get this error message - An error ocurred whilst trying to

determine the file version. I'm stuck in this process. Any suggestions?

I've already tried to:

1. Closed and re-opened Trados. 

2. Reinstall Trados 

3. Tried to Added several extensions to the exclusion list of ESET (antivirus) 

• *.sdlppx
• *.sdlproj
• *.sdlrpx
• *.ttp
• *.wsxz
• *.stppk
• *.sdlxliff

4. Renamed the Project Templates directory, as advised in one of the threads to Project Templates_old to creat a new Project Templates directory.

Any thoughts on this?
