Downloaded Groupshare project has no files to translate

Question

Hi all, 
 
 I downloaded a project from Groupshare which supposedly contains 30 files to translate. I can see the project in the Projects window of SDL Studio 2019, but when I double click on it, there are no files in the Files window (I tried checking the folders in the left pane, but they're empty too)... I have the right languages (Australian English to Dutch), I tried reinstalling Trados Studio... but the same thing keeps happening. What could be wrong?

 This sounds like something you should contact your client about. 
 Maybe you have been given the wrong path or there is an issue with the actual language pair.
