Yesterday I updated SDL 2017 to the last version.
Starting from that moment I am no more able to open TXLF files (also old TXLF files)
The error is
SDL XLIFF validation error at line [X] offset [Y]: The 'http://….' Attribute is not declared.
ANy suggestion?

As you have upgraded to 2017-please check that you also have the TXML file type definition app installed for Studio 2017

Thank you - issue solved
Yes I had a similar problem 2 yars ago.
Now I added ;*.txlf in all XLIFF "file type information" both at
FILE > Setup > Project template > Default
and
FILE > Options > File type Information
Now I can open both single .txlf files and packages containig .txlf files.
What is odd is that the new version has not maintained/imported the the old version's settings.
