Dear All, 

I am new to SDL TRADOS STUDIO 2019; I have started translating 1 file last week and everything went fine, I have added my Machine Translation plus the SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation, translated my file with no issues whatsoever.

Today I have started a new project, but while loading the file in Studio, I have received a pop up stating that I have no Subscription package for automatic translation. Based on my Freelance account, I have a free Machine Translation up to 200,000 characthers per month, so I don't understand this issue.

It seems like the provider of SDL Language Cloud Machine Translation has been de-activated (the pop up says that) but I have no clue on the reasons why.

Is there something I should do? Thank you so much in advance for your help, really appeciated,
