Cannot upload files in SDL Trados Free trial

Question

Hi, 
 I have downloaded SDL Trados Free Trial, since the organization I work for is looking to buy a CAT tool to increase translation productivity. We are a small team of two translators and I would like to go through a full workflow of one of our projects to see the feasibility of working with SDL. I have one big problem: When I launch the One Step New Project wizard, the Add Files button opens a window that doesn't detect any files on my computer. Is it because I have a Free Trial version with no licence? This seems very weird to me, as I haven't had any problems trying out a full workflow with our own files when trying out other CAT Tools. 
 Is it possible to help me out? I would like to try out SDL before making a decision.

Hi Eva Renaud , 
 Free Trial is a full professional version , which is available for 30 days.Basically you have the access to all Studio Features, except the access to Multiterm desktop, apps or machine translation. 
 You can open any file type format in Trial version as long as is a supported file type - please check this link https://www.sdl.com/software-and-services/translation-software/sdl-trados-studio/supported-languages-and-file-types.html 
 In the welcome view , you have the option "drag files for the translation or browse your computer" , have you tried with this ? 
 However if the problem is more complex than that, can you please give me more details on what you are trying to do, perhaps a screen shot from your Studio to check in what step you are blocked.

 if you are in the step below, make sure in your Studio you have selected the below option : all files , so Studio be able to detect your files in the computer.
