MSWord Grammar Checker

Question

Hi, 
 I have been using the plugin MSWord Grammar checker (a version of 2016) on Trados 2017. 
 It works fine except when I click on the grammar error message I get: 
 "Could not load file or assembly 'SoftTran.SDLStudio.Extended, Version=1.0.0.10, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=262d286494AA7ce' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." 
 I downloaded the newest version for Trados 2017. That one does not work. When I press verify it is showing the green bar for over 10 minutes for a 2000 word file and is still not finished. 
 So I reinstalled my earlier plugin and that one works fine, except for this error message. 
 Has anyone solved this?

 It would be great if you could post the full stack trace 
 (How to do this and what other information could be useful is described here-

 However in the meantime I suspect this is maybe related to somthing that is not uptodate on your machine- such as possibly the .net framework
