패키지 파일이 열리지 않아요.(A package file is not open.)

Question

패키지 파일을 열려고 하면 자꾸 '경로에 잘못된 문자가 있습니다.'라는 문구가 뜹니다. 
 프로그램을 다시 껐다가 켜보고, 컴퓨터도 재부팅을 했는데도 계속 이런 문구가 뜨네요. 
 해결 방법이 없을까요?

 Please let me know if resetting Trados Studio to default settings helps
