Im not really sure what you mean by the name is not displayed -

Maybe you are seeing something like this -

In which case simply drag open the tab

If a project is missing from the projects view then you may have simply removed this inadvertently.

You can always add the project back in to Studio

I have no name at all: I have opened several projects to double check and I always have the same problem. The name doesn't display.

but the project is properly into Studio, you can even see its name in the left panel.

Would you be kind enough to stay with me to try to find a solution? Maybe I have deactivate something without noticing it.

As you can see the files- but not the projects- my first thoughts would be access permissions and that you are not running Studio as ADMIN.

Please close Studio and reboot your PC- Then right click Studio- and Run as Administrator

If this does not resolve the problem, then its possible Studio may have become corrupted somehow

Simply navigate to this folder- c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0 and then rename (add something like _old) and now restart Studio

We also have an app you can use to reset Studio if you do not feel comfortable with the above-

Dont forget you can always access your projects from the project folder (default path if you have not changed where you save you folders)

 C:\Users\user name\Documents\Studio 2015\Projects

Yes- please use the repair option.

I have used it, restarted my PC and I still have the same problem with Studio. My parents are visiting so I will answer less rapidly than yesterday but please keep this thread open. What should I do next? Thanks!

I read the thread and might have a worthwhile idea.
As seen on your screenshot your Projects view if filtered to show 'Completed' projects:

Could you please try changing this to 'Show all projects' and see if the projects are now displayed?
