Hello Olav ,
When you are using GroupShare, then there are no restrictions on using both the resources provided by the client and your own (TermBase).
The only things that immeadiately spring to mnd as being the possible cause are either your system resources are not sufficient (running multiple FIVE? server based TB's which could be using a lot of resources and adding the extra File based one might be simply too much ).
What happens if you create you own small project and then add your own Termbase? Are there any issues at all.?
Have you treied reorganiosing your termbase?

Hello Steven,
I updated Trados 2019 and MultiTerm 2019 to the latest versions and this has fixed the problem. Perhaps the different releases of Trados and MultiTerm did not co-operate correctly...
Also, I updated MultiTerm first and then used the not-updated version of Trados. Then another problem emerged - Termbase Viewer dialogue stopped showing terms but Term Recognition window showed the results. Then I closed Trados and updated Trados too and Termbase Viewer started to show the termbase again.
After adding terms to the termbase, when is the right time to reorganise the termbase?
Hello Olav ,
You can reorganise your termBase at any time- just make sure you have sufficient time to do this.
