Hello,
I have a subfolder under a project with 5 translated files. I also have 1 translated file in the main project folder. Is it possible to move the single file from the main project folder to the subfolder so that I can open it there, without adding and pretranslating it as a new file?

Add it and process the appropriate batch tasks, then replace the sdlxliff that is created with the one you already did. This should then allow you to open the file in the new location with the sdlxliff you already handled. Untested... but I think that should work.
