Select all bug in Studio 2019

Just upgraded to Studio 2019, there's a bug with the keyboard shortcuts. It may affect more but the one I ran into is Ctrl A for Select All (i.e. the whole segment the cursor is in) which no longer works.

It's there under Options > Keyboard but it just doesn't do anything. I tried removing it and re-adding it, no change.

Sometimes it is the actual installation process that goes awry. You could try a Windows Repair of Studio via Control Panel. It doesn't reset any settings.

If you don't want to lose your user profile, all you have to do before the '15.0.0.0' reset is first go to 'File > Setup > Manage User Profiles > Export user settings'.

Then, after the reset you go to go to 'File > Setup > Manage User Profiles > Change User Profile' then browse to and change to the settings file you exported, and you won't have to enter any custom settings other than the five languages (not even that if you have a Professional license).

You could try reinstalling, of course, then if that didn't work you'd have the right to contact Installation support and ask them to fix it for you.

I know these are basic steps just one beyond 'is it plugged in/switched on?' but sometimes they are all that is needed.

    All the best,
