Please try resetting your Studio as follows:

Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0

In case you cannot see this folder (might be hidden) this article will help you make it visible:

Hi again Greta. The issue was solved thanks to your solution, as reinstalling did not change anything. However, may I ask you to escalade that I have this very issue EVERY DAY AFTER I create a new TM, which suggests a potential bug somewhere?
