Please try resetting your Studio as follows:

Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0

In case you cannot see this folder (might be hidden) this article will help you make it visible:

Hi Greta. I already did that and could not find the file even when displaying hidden files, while I had been able to twice by the start of the month. I am currently downloading Studio to re-install it and will let you know. Thank you!
