Hi,
My client uses SDL Trados 2017.
They used a NAS to store TM's. Now, we migrate their TM's to a brand new server.
Now, when somebody closes SDL and reopen, the Projects that the user had added to his SDL vanish. So, the users have to readd the projects always when they open the program.
This wasn´t happening when the TM's were in the NAS.
Can anyone help me please?

I'm not quite sure how this could be related to moving the TMs, as this issue mainly happens if the user do not have the necessary rights to update the projects.xml which contains the list of projects opened in Studio.
You can find the file in the folder below on the computer:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Studio 2017\Projects
Please check whether this folder is empty when they close and when they open Studio. And please ensure users have read+write access rights within this folder.

I think we found the issue.
One of the users show me an error like this: "\\XXXXX\RedirectProfiles\UserX\Documents\XXXXXX\projects.xml" is not a accessible.
We tried to unninstall the program and reinstall it again. We deleted SDL folders from documents to but the problem continue.
Then, i did a clean install of Windows 10 on one user that wasnt on the company and SDL just worked perfectly.
Do you have any other idea? We dont want to format all the computers on the company.

Would it be possible to give local admin rights to the user so they could write into this folder? It seems that the issue is coming from lack of rights.

I dont think the problem is permissions, all users all local admin of the machine.
