I have experienced a random lack of space between segments when is converted to the website page at my client. Is there a tool for activate note or warnings about? And how can I resolve this random issue?

If you don't provide enough additional information (sample files, screenshots, etc.), nobody knows what are you talking about.
A little more information would be useful here. It sounds as though the issue is related to CSS perhaps rather than the translated file, but a better explanation of the problem would help to clarify this. So screenshots of what it looks like, and what it should look like would be helpful? perhaps a sample sopurce file and your target file so we can see where the problem might be coming from.

We encountered this issue a few times a number of years ago with basic Word files. The files somehow seemed to be 'corrupted' when coming back from the external translator. The only quick way for us to resolve the issue for the project in question was to remove the target xliff, copy the source xliff back to target and run the updated TM through that file. And when saving that file to target again, the spaces between segments were no longer missing.
We never found the cause though... So this won't help you prevent the issue, but it may help to deliver a correct file to your client for the project at hand should that still be required...
