In Target I do not want Caption le translaed. I want to leave it in all next segments as Caption

It would be useful to know what the source file was as there are all kinds of ways to handle this if you can make changes to the source.
If you can't and you want to do this in the SDLXLIFF then use something like the SDL Data Protection Suite where you can really easily protect the word "Caption" throughout the document and ensure it will never be translated:

Or, just simply don't translate it!

Are you saying that your file contains BOTH source and target lines as in your example?
Or is it actually just a standard "key=value" format, and all your problem is that you have the plain text file type configured improperly (plus, you described the entire situation very cryptically so that nobody can understand it)?
