Object reference not set to an instance of an object - When adding a term on TRADOS Editor (2019)

Question

Hi, 
 Now I am using TRADOS studio 2019 (+ Multiterm 2019) 
 When I add a term on Trados editor during translation, the error message comes up : Object reference not set to an instance of an object . 
 Please help me.... let me know how to fix it.

 The error message itself is very generic and doesn't really tell us very much. 
 Could you pl;ease post thge full error stack- this will help us identify the issue-
